Idea for umm my oc Preston to be a character, he is on any side but I’d prefer on the good side.
Abilities:
TMD device (time manipulation device): since it’s a video game the attack would be I freeze time and attack one enemy and deal 15-30 dmg, usually when I use the watch in like animations it’s effects last for 30 seconds until time starts going again and it has a 1 minute and 30 seconds cooldown, but you could always nerf that
Grappling hook kick: I use a grappling hook gun and shoot it at the nearest building and I kick a random enemy while being pulled toward the building, there could be a chance when I land I can deal damage to myself also
Regular punch: a punch 10 dmg
Ultimate move: I start building some kind of weapon or bomb for one turn and then on the next I freeze time and tie everyone to the bomb dealing 120 dmg and some crit chances. Of course the watch would have a cooldown so even if you could use the ultimate move you have to wait for the correct amount of turns before the watches cooodown is done. I’d say like 2-3 turns.

My oc can also have a healing move of some sort maybe.

My oc is a mechanic and doctor if you need to know.
