His casual outfit is actually the same military pants, but he uses them with a T-shirt
His SWAT outfit is because of Bullet telling him all the time that his outfit was too bright
Now he uses his usual outfit for stopping drug dealers, thwarting robbers, all those regular missions. Bullet is still telling him to wear the SWAT outfit, but he’s quite used to it.
He’s developed a habit of telling Bullet that he knows, so yeah that’s about it
