    Since there was a thing about reordering the atlas files for export menu between SD/HD… @Ralph I have wondered if it’s gonna be pain to have editable number of frames or even size of the frame. Like for example pasting that exportMenuAtlas.txt and editing it’s values or removing frames.

    If there are some restrictions or it will be massive pain I understand- but would be dope af to be able to have a bit more advanced export animation loops.

    I would accept any limits that would put it since I’d still find a way to overcome them lol.

    • I could make it so the txt file that accompanies the image is also customizeable, but I don’t think even you would want to enter this type of data manually lol (these atlases are exported automagically with a dedicated program)

        I actually do since that’s where I made the template for export menu lol. The atlases would have frame limit or I can add even more?

        Does it also need to be limited to 1024×1024 or could I try going ham with default dance lmao.

          The questions are tho:
          A) is the image always set to be centered in the window or is it gonna be extending from top left?
          B) if I would have ability to use more than 1024×1024… I wonder if I could modify animation menu atlas like that to get more detail on elements that get stretched out significantly.

          I dont care much about lag or crashing I simply am curious how can I fiddle with the app.

          I mean… I could also do this myself and go back to edit apk, uninstalling, importing loop of pain that started whole modding thing lmao.

            as long as you increment the “index” property properly, you can have any number of frames

            the image does center itself, I think

            and I personally limit atlas/textures to 1024×1024 because of reading about compatibility long time ago, it’s likely outdated and you’d be fine upping it

            thing is, textures should always be power-of-two sizes for maximum compatibility, so the next size up is 2048×1024 or 2048×2048

          Hell.

          aka text files in the atlas directory files that are next to the original atlas images, describing the position and size of sprites.
