I’m making this post here because Epitaph has blocked me and I cannot respond to his apology/state of the site post directly. Although I cannot @ him, I’m sure that one of his friends will inform him of this post, or he’ll happen upon it by himself. Epitaph, if you are reading this, do not feel the need to unblock me, as I can see your posts just by logging out.

With the apology section, I’m going to be honest, it isn’t a very good apology. Mostly because this is the same apology we get everytime he does something bad. General apologies are usually the worse because it fails to directly address what you’re actually apologising for. He briefly mentions the little scuffle between him and Toxic on Discord, but doesn’t actually apologise for it. Hell he doesn’t even mention the part where he called Toxic “Shit at psychology”. I get that it was the heat of the moment type deal, but you still gotta apologise for momentary behavior.

I was expecting names, saying “Yo Squido I’m sorry for prematurely judging your Discord server” or “Hey HOWFians, sorry for taking an unnecessary jab at your group” or “Hey Toxic I’m sorry for calling you sh!t at psychology”. And no I don’t expect an apology myself. Compared to what the other people involved dealt with my banning from the SN tea party is minor, and it’s not like I used it all too much. All I want is you to acknowledge why I was so pissed

Because for the past year I’ve been defending you.

I’ve been defending you for sh!t I look back at and think ‘What the hell was I thinking’. All that year of looking the other way whenever you did something questionable, like when you basically bullied Cookie into leaving that one time.

It makes me feel disposable, like all that didn’t even matter to you. All over my interest in anime and Street Fighter.

I also find it rather inappropriate to call Jackfly an “isolationalist asshole” in your freaking apology post, especially that first part because if I can remember you’re the same guy who went on a banning spree so you could isolate yourself with a few select people.

I do agree that the web site certainly isn’t the same. Before, this website was practically an addiction for me. I uploaded figures more frequently, I posted more frequently, and tried to get in projects more frequently. But suddenly I find myself using the site less and less. And while it does have to do with some of the stuff listed in Epitaph’s post, over-all I just feel myself dwindling from SN in general. Maybe this summer I’ll get some more motivation.

That’s the end of this rant. Please actually add to the conversation/debate instead of “delete dis you’re causing drama!!” because simply ignoring the discussion usually just breeds contempt between people.
