Why did cookie block me? Lol

I was only joking around with him, after all I think its fine, because he said my life was unacceptable etc. Which Idc about, because there just jokes, and he took it seriously when I joked around, this is kinda childish, he insults me and jokes and when I do the same he blocks me. I dont even dislike the guy, he’s fine, I’m just confused why he would block me? I done pretty much nothing wrong, I just called him weird, messing around.
