@ralph when you mentioned Movieclips being useful for bgs as they’d be processed once…
Can I add parallax to elements in movieclips?
It would be hella useful-
Prob can’t atm but would be pretty dope and maybe… Just maybe tone down the clutter on Parallax screen on normal animation menu as the parallax list of elements of movieclip would be displayed in the movieclip itself.

well, there’s no camera inside of MCs so there’s no camera menu and no camera to apply the parallax data to
but I get how I could like, add “properties” to some figures in movieclips to store what their parallax data *would be* outside of the MC, when the MC is used in project frames…and then use that to apply it to the frames cameras
but then there’s no concrete “start point” (important for parallax) but there kinda could be, I guess… man I just gave myself depression thinking about this stop
we’re getting into overly complicated stuff and I hate when apps/programs have too much going on and it makes it feel overwhelming (nobody uses parallax anyway, i have sad because of it)
u re wrong 😀
well besides like you and arc
everyone else is like “lol wot parallax is nvm idc”
i know what parallax is and how to use it
lol if you remember me being big idiot man in that deleted post
to be fair
the UI for it is confusing af
mfw when doing the UI design idea will have to get onto parallax window one day
parallax confirmed removed in 3.0.0
