        It isn’t blocked in Canada I’m pretty sure. I can view it on other accounts. It is blocked in certain countries. It was the episode name that I memed. Not an effect. You can copyright a simple effect.

      I’ve got an idea ! In france we got the “right to parody” , globaly , it says that you have the right to post a parody on youtube , but it need to respect that :
      1 it need to be humoristic
      2 it’s not harming
      3 it’s distinguished from the original artwork , cartoon…
      4 it’s not supposed to be an add
