Well shit. I just attempted lucid dreaming again after a few weeks, and I fell asleep each time I used the method. This is the first time I ever woke up angry.

My method is pretty simple, you gotta set a dream journal up first. After thats done, when you are going to bed, set an alarm for 4-6 hours after u sleep. Also, make your brain excited to lucid dream, since it will increase chances to be lucid just by being exposed to it and having it on your mind. After the alarm wakes you, lay on your back, and stick a hand, left or right, whichever you are comfortable with. Now close your eyes and imagine you are playing the piano with that hand, and just ever so slightly move it. Try to make less and less movement each second, until your hand isnt moving but it feels like its moving. Its important NOT to fall asleep in this process. You should go lucid if you dont fall asleep. It is not the best method, but its easy to do and can get some lucidity easily.

Usually when you think about stuff you DONT want in lucid dreams, it doesnt happen. Could be wrong though since the only times I succeeded lucid dreaming I wake up instantly.
