probs once you animate the “start” of it like you have here, you can loop the rest of the effect with a movieclip to have it play out for a while

well I mean you start animating the smoke, like you did here
but then once it’s “looping” the smoke out in a repeating fashion, that part can just be a movieclip dropped on top of the car’s tire so you don’t have to keep animating it forever
