make it where Jonathans father banishes Dio from their family after he kills their friggen dog and then all of the rest of Jojo never happens-

Make it where Johnathan loses his manners and gets so angry to the point where he wants to kill dio, so he tries using the stone mask on dio (Because the books just say the spines stab into your brain and kill you), Johnathon firsts tests it on a criminal and realizes the power they get when putting on the stone mask and instead wears it for himself, vampire Johnathan Vs Dio and so on.
