I am seriously SO sorry for taking so long. The sound design took longer than expected and we had some setbacks along the way. My personal life has also not been the best lately so my motivation has been on the ground for a while; I'm not sure if I'll ever finish this but in case I don't, I'm gonna release a video with everything I ended up not using on the final project.

  i was confused but i get it, you mean the stickfigure has the glow in the MC, and the you add another glow to the MC itself?

  Or you could use gradients to accomplish this, in my opinion it just looks cleaner transition wise.
