I’m just so confused… why is Foxinator so mad, it’s not like I claimed Cow as my own design, and I didn’t even upload him. Honestly, I made this because I like your design, and I was thinking maybe they could be “buddies.” Also, everybody knows I’m joking when I say this is original, (except maybe Foxinator). This is why my account image is of my character shrugging. Bc I’m just so confused

You waste it all by making a shameless, piece of crap ripoff, and you think you can get away with it, just because you changed the hat, colour, and added some spots.
You could’ve at least put some work into yourself, and characters.
Because, do you want to be known as someone who only rips off other people’s RHGs, changes them a slight bit, and claims them for yourself?
I put work into my character, and you pretty much deny it of any worth by making a shameless ripoff, so that’s why you make me so pissed.

I didn’t rip off anything, to rip off would be to post them as my own, with no credit to you. Since when is using another person’s base to create a new character illegal? You can take any Stickfigure and compare it to another one that looks even slightly similar and say it’s a ripoff, even when it obviously a coincidence. I mean, aren’t all stick figures the same other than color and a slight change in design/pattern? I used to be in your side, thinking “ok, that’s fine, he doesn’t like people stealing his work.” But now I’m getting annoyed. Since you made a guy wearing a fox onesie, nobody else on earth is allowed to? I just want you to tell me what specifically makes your Stickfigure different from any other one, and we’ll see if I changed those elements from yours
Look, here is my issue, I’m fine with you having a character named Cowinater, I’m fine with him having a cow costume, my issue though, comes from the fact that the figure, is only a edit of mine, if you made the whole figure yourself, and made a whole backstory, and theme, I wouldn’t mind, I just take issue in the fact that it is merely a edit, of my characters design.

It it lightly, it’s more of a reskin then a ripoff, but even reskins aren’t good, in all, just make your own figure, and then make it be Cowinater, instead of just putting a new coat of paint on my figure.
People make edits all the time, I made an edit of one of explosivebullet’s guns, and even though he recognized it as his own, all he said was “nice edit”
Ok, and good for you in that case, but it’s still a reskin of my figure, just because bullet doesn’t care, doesn’t mean that I am not allowed to care.
