2020-08-21 13:01:54 UTC am i the only one that thinks ova dio is more menacing than anime dio? his teleportation using time stop is just so creepy with no sound, like you blink and hes gone while in the anime you hear some uh bass boosted sound when ever he teleports

that scene when he dissapears and there’s just pure silence would’ve been so much better if his voice was more threatening or louder. just “AN OIL TANKER FOR YOUUUU!” cutting through the silence
I disagree.
I can’t remember all that well although I don’t think it’s backed by any music, the art style for DIO is weak and the bass boosted sound effect adds more power behind it rather than silence.
