Start easy though, light calisthenics then once you can do around 15 pushups or so and keep your balance and form with a few calisthenics exercises, move on to some harder calisthenics and maybe weights.
Work on cardio as well for endurance, if you can do 100 jumping jacks then thatβs pretty good and is a decent amount of cardio endurance.
