I think one of the sole reasons that everyone is SUPER hyped for steve in smash (myself included) isn’t because of the memes but because everyone knows who he is. Everyone knows Minecraft. He is actually a character everyone knows and not a character from a random game that the majority of people who aren’t Nintendo gamers would know

The first game I played was either NFSU2 or MW back in 2011. I was around 6 that time
The first video game I played was that jango-fett video game for the PS2. But then I started playing stuff that came out before and after it.
