You say that but when you insult or generally say something or imply something negative it isn’t a joke.
Plus jokes that could be hurtful should only be said to friends as they know your intentions, even then you need to keep a limit on what you say.
Cyberbullying isn’t just death-threats and ‘i’m going to hack you’ kind of stuff but can be done in indirect yet intimidating and negative ways.
