I have been using none tween for all my years of animating, therefore i have mastered a way to make stiffness look not bad (but i TRY to use very little of it.) and i have also mastered none tween.
If you wanna go down this road, ask me for criticism since most of the people here use tween.

Even if you did use tween, it would still appear very unrealistic, as the basic animation requirements are banished in this animation.
