Each user who already has one of their Oc can have another one in the game or someone who also wants to participate can also do it, or can add ideas of characters from series, games, movies

I get it’s supposed to look crooked, creepy and glitchy but atm it just looks strange, just adding a glitch effect over it while keeping the movement consistent should be enough, make the character droopy as well with lazy yet fast movements.
For example, The kick would be starting slow and sloppy to fast and powerful, lunging forward at a good speed to do damage.

What I got so far with the design

well, its a base!
but you got some structure on the limbs, i’d make the “bulgy-ness” a bit more inline with human musculature (calves, bigger forearms thinning at the wrists) to look more “real” but depends on what you’re going for really
