Welcome, I’ll do random things here, updates, series, remakes, etc. Not much to say, it’s pretty simple.

I think it looks weird. But to fix it, decrease the rounded segments in between joints and add another rounded segment the color of the highlights

Rounded segments in between joints?

Like the elbows, knees, etc

There’s no in between
The legs are rounded seg + rounded seg, with trapezoids over the lower half
Arms are all rounded segments
But I did find a way to fix it anyway

add long ellipses to simulate the highlights fading out

I kinda like the only rounded segment thing, but i’ll try it and see

I feel like it’s time to address this, as the more and more lore I think of and the more skill I have, this gets harder to swallow for me.
My biggest issue is not the story, it’s not how I’ll tell it…it’s who I’m telling it to. My purpose for animation is entertainment, it’s fun for me to make and fun to watch (I do hope). But i have a story to tell, a big one, but no one to listen. My biggest fear is that so much work and effort for nothing, all for a couple people who’ll forget it in a year. Multiple times, though attempted to be hidden, I actually thought of giving it up, putting that time I spend into SN into something else. Of course, you see how that went…
Good night.

Me whenever I motivate and hype myself up to do something then procrastinate and fail horribly

Isn’t the full version I just gave you a shortened version—the end of the to-be full version was put before the 2nd ‘verse’ or part of the song.
Personally I’m digging this so far lol

I hate these little things sometimes, they seem easy management, noooo the second they see a fully grown carrot they jump outta their corrals. I GAVE YOU MUSIC AND FOOD LEAVE ME ALONE
With that being said, should I make more slimes

Help
I’m trying to study angles and viewpoints, but I can’t figure out how to make a complex figure look this way. I can do it just fine with a basic stick, but a more detailed figure like Max is harder to work with.
Her’s an example of what I mean by angles. Rather than a basic 2d animation,I want it to pan between the first image’s angle and the seconds.
There’s a bunch of apps that allow you to pose 3d models and save the picture, but making a new figure for each frame just so I can make it fluid sounds like more pain than I already need…

You should establish the design of your oc from certain angles, then use common sense on how the shapes would look from different angles using your imagination. Use a reference for the angle if it’s too hard

getting that kinda angle in SN with a complex figure is gonna be tough
you could maybe get away with a few frames of movement if you make a solid figure of your guy from that perspective and have really good smart-stretch action going
makes me remember those old SN vids I can’t seem to find the link of, dude basically drew each frame of a DBZ fight or something I believe, but in stick nodes

This is really cool! Maybe to show that it’s been used by max add weathering and scratches to it, maybe rips along the grip.

I would, but as a weaponsmith (though in secret) he constantly tends to his weapons to give them that new look and shine
Also Lunite is like
Op as hell lmao
