The template change makes it easier to use, and you *should* now leave the template in place *on top* of everything else, even after you export. The blank space in the middle is your visible artwork.

I used the template from the template’s page to make it match the template since I couldn’t download figures (hardware problems and sticknodes problems), @ralph dis good? If it’s not the correct size for the template, can you export the image of the rules to 960×540 so it can match?

yeah, that’s it exactly, so now I will take it and crop it to 960×150 right where the template is
(you’ll of course have to re-send without the template on top)

Hey @ralph, I didn\’t completely understand what you meant on how to make it.
Could you show me an in-app example of what I roughly have to do-
I’ll make a clear screenshot tomorrow
but just import the rectangle, add it, and then “draw” your scene on top of it
anything out of the rectangles bounds is going to be clipped when I get your 960×540 export and cut it to 960×150 (the size the rectangle)

you can do that
probably will need to if you use a big background image which will hide it, actually
but you can do whatever you want, the stickfigure is just the easiest way for me to convey the boundary
you can, for example, use the guides and align them to the rectangle (somehow) and use that instead
or just eyeball it and not use the template at all, if you’re the art area is at least 960×150 then it’s all good
