So, this may be a more divisive counter, mainly because if you were here yesterday, you probably saw that one guy who switched personalities what felt like every few minutes, now why did I not reset it you may ask, and my answer is that it was basically resolved, taken digitally out back and shot

No, it’s not. Assuming the guy is American, his art is protected under the 1st amendment. It becomes a hate crime if he is doing it to threaten someone, or if he did something like trespass onto someone’s property and burned their gay flag. Burning a gay flag IRL, if it is your flag that you are burning on your property that you bought with your own money, is protected speech.
