I’d do a few frames of build up where Adraik slowly moves backwards as she moves down, then a quick burst into the knee lift. An impact frame or too, then you can transition that into the next move if there is one, or do a close up of his face flying back.
Try adding like 2-3 more key frames and I think that should help guide you to where you’re going. The base here is already perfect so it’s mainly just chipping away at more to follow through
