Exiled is a series of animations I’ve been working on, which follows Lucky, a void-cursed Valkyrian.
Plot summary being rewritten, check back soon.
Here I post updates on the story, short test animations, figures, lore dumps, etc.
Episodes:
Currently going through an overhaul. I would prefer to start on stuff that’s more fun for now, and not exactly canon.

This is going to be a part of a few other future posts, basically giving a summary of each main character. I also did some touchups on Zen.
Zen, a quiet, stoic and mysterious man who is part of the Exiles. Being notably reserved and quiet, he prefers to keep to himself. He silently watches over the group, rarely contributing to conversations, but will randomly chime in with a perfect response. He is very analytical, having uncanny vision and hearing. It is rare to see this halfblooded Delthulian smile, but when he does, it’s hard not to return it. His seemingly unapproachably cold and distant personality is a perfect cover for how compassionate he truly is for those he cares for. Zen’s care does start to show during battle, where he keeps tabs on his teams health and situation, formulating perfect strategies on the fly for all of them to take advantage of.

Decided to create something for Allisons’ arsenal.
The Cliff Shield is one of Allisons’ strongest tools. The shield was forged by Hydro as a token of his appreciation. Its extreme weight is perfect for Allison, who can take advantage of it with her unique physical abilities.
It is able to be transformed on a whims notice, into either a smaller compact version, or a larger tower shield. This weapon also has the ability to store the heat of strikes and blows, before releasing it in an explosive slam.

Hey, so I tried something new. Decided to toy around with making a soundtrack for Exiled, specifically because I feel like me using other people’s music is a lame cop out.
No doubt, this isn’t exactly professionally written or anything, but hey, I tried, and I’m learning I guess.
(It’d be nice if I had FL Studio for fucks sake) -
Couldn’t sleep so I did a bad rough sketch of another creature. If you don’t like reading useless worldbuilding, feel free to ignore this
Creature Name: Treekin (Plural – Treeka)
Primordial Heritage: Nature
Habitat: Cinder Wastes
Hostility: Extremely aggressive, little intelligence
—–
Description:
“Tyxe save you if you’re ever exiled to these wastelands like me… If you ever feel the ground beneath you shifting, or you hear wood splintering, you best damn hope you have a chance to run.”
– Unknown Exiled Valkyrie.Treeka are rotting entities composed of ash, decaying wood, and dead foliage. They exist within the Cinder Wastelands, an ashy and uninhabitable land scarred by war. The Treeka are a side effect from the Twilight War, with an entire portion of Valkyria being torched into this toxic wasteland of ash, rot, and death. While the process that makes these putrid creatures isn’t well understood, it is thought to be the result of ash, rotted corpses, and dead trees being mixed together into a repulsive amalgam capable of generating these husks, barely clinging to their original forms. The anatomy of a Treekin varies, each one susceptible to their limbs being wildly out of place, arms and legs forming in odd places, missing body parts, stubby or sharpened appendages emerging where they shouldn’t, and a rotting wooded skin. Their eyes leak a dark liquid, found to be a mixture of ash and rotted blood. Some Treeka have even been known to emit poisonous and searing hot ashy gas from their pores and mouths.
Due to their irregular body shapes and malformities, a singular Treekin is of little threat on its own. However, Treeka rely on numbers and the element of surprise to overwhelm their prey. When more than two Treeka attack at once, they swarm their victims en masse in little regard for their own life, sometimes letting themselves be impaled by a weapon just to draw closer to attack distance, leaving one little room to maneuver or escape. Treeka form small colonies in the ashy soil, and some members are used as early warning systems, using vines and branches hidden in the soil to entangle their targets for their colony of around 5-10 members to ambush them. While Treeka generally appear to be mindless savages, there has been reports of Treeka engaging in bizarre rituals with their mauled prey, such as vomiting ash onto the corpse, burying it up to its neck, or mounting it on a wooden stake through its chest. These ritualistic acts were observed by a Valkyrian Expeditionary Force, and it is still unclear what these rituals signify. -
This is my first entry to my expanding beastiary for this world. Will draw some more soon.
Also, I will likely be creating a test episode revolving around Hydro + Allison fighting one of these things.

Creature Name: Hekilmorki (Plural – Hekilmorka) (Kinrelic for: Trapping Jaws)
Primordial Heritage: Earth/Water
Habitat: Deep oceans / rocky shores
Hostility: Malevolent, actively hunts ships/vessels
—–
Description:
“Beasts that can be the size of cliffs, with a specific appetite for those unlucky few who sail its waters. Gotta admit though… their eyes fetch a pretty suncrest.”
– Hydro LamonetHekilmorka are large sea creatures that dwell near the deepest parts of seas and along rocky shorelines. They are beasts with spiked ridges on their heads and backs, with powerful legs ending in sharp claws. These creatures bodies are composed of rock and stone, giving them incredible durability, and allowing them to blend in with the rocky shorelines. The most notable feature is their large, bulbous eyes that appear to glow with an inner yellow light. These eyes are composed of pure gold and silver, making them highly sought by monster hunters and those bold enough to challenge them. Despite this, few can boast the deed of slaying a Hekilmorki.
A Hekilmorki will attack any vessel or ship they encounter, usually by leaping out of the water to crash into it. Being as strong as they are, this can easily sink a boat or ship within seconds. After which, it uses its two jaws to rip apart the vessel underwater. Even coordinated groups of Aquarian sailors armed with harpoons and even ballistas have a difficult time killing one. When not attacking vessels, they tend to lie hidden beneath rocks along the shores; their only real weakness being their glowing eyes which can be easily spotted from afar, and are able to be blinded. A Hekilmorki has two sets of jaws, one is for grappling onto rocks, ships, and whatever else it may trap in its maws. The first jaw has teeth that curve into the mouth, which hooks anything it captures. The other jaw, set behind the first one and above the tongue, is used to grind and pulverize anything put inside it using its particularly sharp and durable teeth. This allows the beast to consume large amounts of material quickly and efficiently.
Hekilmorka are very territorial and aggressive creatures, especially towards ships. For some unknown reason, they seem to enjoy attacking ships more than anything else. Any vessel that comes close to a coastline occupied by a Hekilmorki is likely to be attacked, so captains often steer clear of such areas. A Hekilmorkas territory is often clearly defined by rocky coats or dark and deep water. Most sailors avoid these waters entirely, and sometimes even change their routes entirely if they come across a dark patch of ocean. If a vessel does run into a Hekilmorki, the crew is most likely doomed unless it has been prepared for battle beforehand.-
