The improvements continue. Zen was next. He had some minor improvements to his rigging and details.
His Lament spear, however, has been completely reworked. Because sword staffs are really neat and I love them.

Something I threw together quick. Background is still a placeholder. (Toussaint is so awesome, and inspired a lot of the more pretty areas of Valksung.)

Along with a lot of character redesigns, there will be several major lore (more like plot) reworks, mostly to make it more enjoyable and realistic for me to produce.

Got some more stuff cooking. Music, specifically. Got a new motherboard and processor so I did a fresh install of windows, which… fucked up all my fl studio plugins. Won’t be able to use em for a while, so I’m going to post a thing I had on the backburner.

Lore bit:
The istener fruit is a highly prized delicacy amongst the Valkyrians. This sweet fruit is loved by the race, thanks to not only its sweet-citrus taste, but because it contains raw sunlight, a necessity in the Valkyrian diet. The istener vine uses sunlight in such a way that instead of converting it into energy, it stores the light inside its fruit. Thanks to this, Valkyrians enjoy a tasty and energetic snack that fills them with sunligt during the summer seasons.
Emily in particular cannot, and I repeat, Cannot have enough istener juice, or anything istener fruit related. One could say she has a problem… but we won’t.

Seeing that it’s autumn, I might post more about this lass for a bit.

I am starting to despise working at a deli. 1$ of extra pay isn’t worth having to deal with middle aged women from new york who use slang for the sandwiches they want. And the old guys who can’t speak above a whisper. Someone did order a single slice of white bread and was surprised and kinda pissed when it costed a whole dollar, so that’s funny.
We get free coffee at least.
