Ouroboros
[basic summary]
The year is 2034. On December 8th, 2009 an outbreak of some brain disease spread throughout the world and it’s largest nations. No one was safe from it. 25 years later, the world is left in ruins, and people are desperate.
The infection turns it’s victims against themselves, and those that are infected are known as Draugr. The Draugr are dangerous, but they despise ultraviolet rays, specifically the ones in the sun. They are dangerous creatures who exist purely to spread their disease.
There’s few communities left, but those that remain are strong and large in number. The town we follow is known as Achlon, or Jormundgandr City, built off of the ruins of a city of the same names.

Alright. Teeny update. I’m going to be including some people’s ocs in the series, specifically @jadee and @loganzilla cause jade requested it and logan cause… well I don’t know. This also means that I will be remaking them for the series so I need some reference photos of jade, I don’t need any for Logan cause I already have his oc. The animation for the first episode is postponed cause I need help with it and i’ve decided to finally give Louisiana a face. That’s right, she no longer is gonna have a black void for a face. So after some rethinking of the world I’ve made i’m going to completely reanimate the and rewrite the first episode. I felt that it was sloppy and too quick, not giving me time to develop the characters.
I updated the description a bit, it’ll basically tell you everything about the new episode plan. Also, there will be short interludes in between each crucial episode or something just to tell a wider story.

A ton of the names of the episodes are lizard related cause i’m a very punny person although none of them are puns.

Believe it or not, the storyboard and script for the first episode is done. Who knew that making a fifteen minute long episode and storyboarding it took time. A lot of time. Now I really need help with backgrounds and animation. If you want to help then dm me or some shit. Here’s some promotional material I made that may or may not be a spoiler for the first episode.

The first episode will probably be finished in September with a little help, and i’ll release it in October or November. I want the series to have cinematic releases so every week there’s gonna be a new episode coming out. My estimate for how many episodes is four fifteen minute long episodes and one five minute long epilogue.

If I were to post the entire script it would be a very, very, very long read for just the first ep.
And little note, the first episode sets up the bad guys that would take out Caiman, and it sets up the world that Louis is accustomed to. in the second episode Caiman gets killed.-

Maybe a volcano, small meteor or something in reference to the extinction of dinosaurs but only this time it’s just caiman.
If he’s being murdered, then I’d say placed outside of his habitat for a slow and painful death, and eventually perish.

Lore stuff.
So I was wondering what I should post about first, and then I realized that you all know nothing about the main character of the series, Louisiana. And then I realized I didn’t either. So here’s what I have.
Louisiana Confalone Is a sixteen-year-old survivor of the Caspian-Avalonian Apocalypse. When the apocalypse happened she was six.
The memories were fuzzy, but her homeland was attacked. Burned to the ground and ravaged by Rabids (zombies but with a twist) she remembered running, and then she was with Caiman. I don’t think we’ll ever know where she’s from or what happened. She was taught to steal, to shoot guns by Caiman and arrows by Caspian. She was adept in basically every form of blunt weaponry, especially the axe.
When she was sixteen, she and Caiman went on a supply run to an abandoned building. Inside was a an old guitar. Rotten and probably filled with maggots and spiders. Yet Caiman took a knee, picked up the guitar and started playing. This was a very impactful moment in her life. Especially since it was the last time she would ever do anything with Caiman.
She still has the guitar with her to this day.
