A mere flesh wound! But I actually have a story on it.
Upon running from the infected (This is in the city), The unstable and cracked concrete collapsed on my weight, and I hit my head on the ground hard. Upon that, I had an iron bar in my entire arm, and my leg was bleeding from the fall, also with minor cuts and scrapes. Still needing to go, I continued on my own, Fighting with the Iron bar I pulled from my arm. I eventually finding refuge in a warehouse. Luckily, a dead survivor had left some food, and a medkit. That’s how I healed the wounds. But my head couldn’t be healed with what was in the first aid kit, so I couldn’t heal it.
