TastyLemon16’s Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Series
I decided to create or attempt my own story linking into the Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Series (JJBA) and so I decided to create a group for it to discuss how I will be going about it, stands, characters and much more. Stay tuned if your interested.
I am open to criticism and ideas so let me know if you have any. If there is any ideas i’m willing to carry through I will credit you once production of the character or stands make an appearance.
Just for disclosure I did take Inspiration from that other Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure series that is also being created on Stick Nodes (I am sorry I forgot the name, but in my defence the name was changed recently).

Okay maybe it’s time to open up about this series a little bit so I can receive criticism and opinions:
So in this series it will be focusing on what makes a stand, why it looks the way it does, a theory that a scientist died trying and the consequences of his experimentation. Things like probability, luck and karma will come into play and have an explanation behind it. Stands based off of circumstance, history of stands, the creator of them and much more to come.
Now before you might say this is a bit meh and it is, I definitely plan on writing much more, what i’ve just mentioned will be scratching the surface.
As a side bonus of information I plan on making a small scene with Jotaro and potentially the rest of the gang (stardust crusaders) and a scene showcasing something to do with the story. Maybe some pillar men entwinement as-well.
These all sound fairly good but will be changed as i’ve mentioned and perfected until it sounds good enough to be canon, none of this over heaven stuff and nothing stronger then requiem stands, once you cross the line of lack of human needs and feeling (too overpowered characters) then the story is bound for fail. I want to make this series something new and interesting, not some next small idea following JJBA basics but with good story as-well.
A series I saw a while back (well a test) was actually really good in terms of following basis of JJBA style but story-wise it looked like it would be lacking. I’m sure they will add more story but nonetheless it sounds pretty weak.

-I need to write the storyline to a good enough standard
-Then begin the scripts and storyboard the episodes
-Then create the things needed for the episodes
-Then animate itIf I already have all the things needed and a plan I could potentially get an episode done in a week if I was really willing to push it.

All right. So here are its three main abilities. I mean if you want to add it course. It has a nuclear punch. It’s a really powerful punch that causes the the opponent. To burn It’s II main ability. It’s time corruption Teammates are new to this but also get a temporary. Invulnerability but his enemies suffer a lot of damage from his punch And the third one is Stand transformation is ability has a limit.3 Transformations a day and all the abilities of other stands are weaker when he transforms into them. First off you really need to work on your grammatical skills and actually getting your point across. No offense.
So what your saying is this stand will have a nuclear punch, an ability to transform into other stands and some other ability I didn’t quite catch.
Don’t bother explaining further because I can’t follow this idea of yours through. It’s too powerful and messy with the abilities and you haven’t even given it a name, appearance or weakness.
Don’t bother now. Instead I’ll take some ideas such as nuclear but instead do toxicity or acid and maybe use that for a stand. I will credit you.

Work in progress but I have a few ideas for character concepts etc.
The only character/stand who I have properly developed more is the main stand and his ability will be what the series will revolve off of along with other small story arcs.
When I say the stands ability will determine the story, I don’t mean like the characters and trying to find out he has fire powers or something for however many episodes but instead what he does as his ability and what the stand controls.

Today was good and bad:
Bad because of small inconveniences like for example: clothing getting caught on a door when a crowd is behind you (this didn’t happen to me luckily lol). But things like that.
Good because I actually began writing a bit more for the series plan, it still needs refinement however as the themes need to stay consistent, it needs to be new and not too cliche, etc. Although I have to say I have a pretty solid idea.
After next week I have 9 days of free time so I plan on working on the series along with maybe creating an effect although probably unlikely.
Currently the way I plan on executing the plan and scripting well is through this method:
1. Create a idea for a piece of the plan.
2. Try to develop it more and write down any cool ideas for sound effects to potentially use etc.
3. Put actual research in so the dating, events can stay consistent plus teach people about history via anime, like how david productions did with explaining that mansion place in part 2 and explaining other historical places.
4. Combine these together do that a concrete plan is formed.
I’m pretty excited for this series and I can safely say that it will be a completely new idea compared to any movie or series i’ve seen before.

Been working on the series a bit more lately. I’ve started to solidify this pond of loose ideas into a concrete plan.
My expected release date for the series is Late 2020 although this may not happen due to life getting in the way. Although I will try and cram in as much as I can towards working on the series.
Anyway here is a picture of the series logo on a bases face as a sort of stand or something, I don’t really know fully what it’s meant to be other then that it looks quite cool:
Also as another sort of spoiler I want to cover more on the creator of Stand Arrows in the series along with including some flashbacks or something that will include part 3 jotaro and potentially the rest of the crusaders from part 3. It’s going to be cool.

Given the fact that this series is going to try and be animated in the style of anime with frame by frame drawn work for some parts I am going to need a base.
In order to make a successful base stickfigure I will have to give it normal human features but still have that slightly jagged anime body look to it. In other words this is going to be a long process making this series and I don’t even have a first episode planned yet.
However not all hope is lost, I have a large chunk of free time coming up within the next few weeks and once that has arrived I can finally properly put maximum effort into creating stickfigures, laying down some plans, story and character developments etc.
I really don’t want to lose hope for this large scale project so I refuse to delete this group and give up. Have faith in me.

Not going to lie planning for this series is tricky.
The way I have it laid out in my head is that in order to create a series of Jojo that is fan-made and is of some equivalency to the Anime / Manga I would need something to truly grip the audience.
To do this I need something new and interesting, currently the only solid idea I have is my goal for the series, how to go about making the series and the main characters stand. Moving back on topic here about ‘New and interesting’ is I don’t want something like Stand Arrow Requiem or something like that, in other words not something that has been frequently used in the series and not something more overpowered than a requiem stand. In order to go about figuring out what can be new I need to know the series fully so lately I have been watching multiple videos of run-downs and explanations of various Jojo related things. Once the weekend (in one day from now) has arrived I will begin to start forming together some sort of more solid plan for the series.
My only hints / spoilers I will give for the series is this:
-Everything
-Strongest and Weakest stand
-COTU
-Theory
Even that may be giving away some ideas and honestly I don’t want this being taken by someone else so by time my series trailer and what not else is out and once I have my solid plan I will disclose some more information.
Also on a scale of 1 – 20 on quality scale I would say i’m aiming for a 15 maybe higher maybe lower. I’m not going to nuts with gradient detail but more darker colours for shadow, no filters will really be used and a simple but beautiful style to it.
I don’t want to put to much pressure on my self but i’m also confident in my ability and how persistent i’m willing to be with this so I guess time will tell whether this idea is going to collapse horribly or build itself up greatly.

New Group Art / Series Art:
The main logo here may be changed over time but for now this will be like the main Icon for the series like how Part 3 is the Hand Icon and Part 2 is the Red Stone Of Aja.

Stand Abilities and other information will eventually be provided but I don’t want some of my ideas being stolen that may sound pretentious but some of these ideas I think are really unique and has taken me a long while to come ip with them, thanks for understanding.

Second of, many people have the same sort of idea for something say a series of film or just ideas in general and yet they don’t clash so I doubt we will have any dilemmas to do with fans bashing at us both about this copied this and this copied that.
Also our ideas are different for the plot and characters so you really don’t need to worry. I did take some inspiration from you to follow through with my idea but originally it came to me normally like many ideas would for me. Obviously though I want to clear any rumors before they even begin to be spoken of. In this instance I said I took inspiration from your idea, but that was purely your idea of creating a Jojos Bizarre Adventure series not your series itself, so like I said before don’t worry about it.

Here’s why:
1. I work alone
2. My ideas are my ideas and your ideas are your ideas, if our ideas crossover than okay no big deal, one of us will change it some way.
3. It’s highly unlikely that we have the same ideas for our series, my series maintains that aspect of JJBA like stands or whatever but isn’t so religious with calling every character J…. J….. like joel Jorde your character from before.
4. Our styles are differentI think that covers enough, now please can we put this aside now. I understand you don’t want your idea invaded but trust me i’m really not trying that, I gained inspiration to follow through with my series idea from you along with other people etc. I’m not directly copying you.

I’m willing to hear suggestions.
Keep in mind that the stand does not need to be named after a song nor can it be too powerful and cliched.
Aka no stands like ‘Fire God stand’- with the ability to set the universe on fire killing all.
