Okay, I’m dumbing down on the whole “hate it if it’s a fight anim” so @sniperrifle11 may be dissapoint.
However, that does not make you immune to criticism that you MUST listen to and take into account if you wish to be a good animator.
Okay, so, my main gripe is design.
While there’s nothing wrong about having a scarf, day could be chilly, but when that’s the only thing you wear, that’s a problem, especially when your limbs are all just rounded segments with no additional detail.
I recommend a full redesign, giving them an interesting and unique design like this guy for example:
I will go over pacing, plot and atmosphere as well if you are willing to listen and follow my provided steps.

Avoid constant fight scenes.
While they’ll improve your smoothness more than any other, they will limit your story telling abilities to most as well.
Try an animation that has some story, even just a little one.
Maybe someone goes to the shops with their trolley, walking past the different isles and once they hit the pies section they just put their arms on the shelf as they walk and just knock every single one inside, maybe running over a granny as their doing so. For extra humour, as they fall off screen, make the false teeth fly up before disappearing offscreen.
You see, it’s humorous, unique and entertaining. Give something like that a shot.

But! In the desc of allmost all my videos on YouTube, i put the story telling to not make the animation boring.
Some ideia to put a serious tone history in a anim, without making it boring?

Okay, well, after writing a book with 50,000 words and 151 pages i can teach you a little bit about storytelling.
You see, to make a story entertaining, you need to balence everything together.
Consider this scene from Legend of the Guardians:
In the scene, it has a perfect combo of character design, background design, mood setting, music, scripting and all that jazz.
It’s just two owls talking and yet it’s still interesting to watch. If you want to pull this off, you need to create intereting characters with new ideas unlike the generic “MY PARENTS ARE DEAD AND I HATE EVERYONE” Characters all the Scarf Users make.

Well, he has one arm different so maybe build on that.
Maybe he’s mostly human but half of his body is demonic with an unnaturally long arms and weird skin on one side. Like half of his body is like this
