You’d still be able to vote if you reached Lvl9-10, and if you reached master noder. Doing this would do the opposite it’d allow anyone who’d gotten featured to vote, meaning that overall more people would be able to vote.

I mean if you were only uploading effects you probably would. But when it comes to other figures it’s all up to chance. Like I myself got Master noder and I don’t have featured lvl 3. But then again there might be some lucky dude who only uploads like 12 things and they happen to get featured. As long as there’s a chance I’d say it’s worth it.
