But in my opinion, your recolors are messy.
Maybe you should try understanding what the original artist was trying to do.
Or maybe you just need some practice.
Now if i were to leave without criticism that would be disrespectful so,
1. the lines aren’t clean
2. the blood looks like scribbles, its like you weren’t actually trying to think of a blood-like consistency.
3. lack of shading (optional, im just more of a fine art person so you can ignore this-)
4. i don’t know if you can blend colors, but if you can, those switches from orange to red look a bit weird.
5. random black lines make the drawing look weird.
6. no understanding of atleast a bit of anatomy makes the drawing look weird. Maybe try using a reference.
and ya that’s all i see,
But if this is not what the original artist was going for, you don’t have to do this obviously, i’m just giving criticism.
if you do these, here:
sorry for the buttocks
try looking up shading tutorials on whatever software you use (once again optional)

Replying to:ColloEverything is hard if you make it hard. But the criticism i
i say this from experience people have criticized me allot before
and it wasn’t fun being overwhelmed can stop your art from progression and your skill could falter
Replying to:Kokyutsui say this from experience people have criticized me allot b
Im not trying to make it overwhelming, i stated he doesn’t have to do this, and if its not what the original artist was going for, don’t have to.
And its not fun if they don’t make it fun.
Sharkie can always ask for help, can always ask for more criticism, i’ve been overwhelmed by criticism before because everyone was acting so serious towards me.
I’m trying not to do that, and if i am, i apologize.
I’ve also stated many times i mean no offense.
I’m trying to show him that he is more than he makes himself to be, we cannot sit in our comfort zone for all eternity.
We all are gonna have to eventually move out. And if this is not the time, he can wait for that day.
I’ve given him several things he can work on. He can mention me if he needs help.
He can try to make it fun, and if it isn’t we can try to help.
this post is criticism, not hate.

So um, i don’t mean to be offensive.

sorry for this long criticism post.
sorry but im using a god damn computer
Computer has nothing to do with your skill.
Don’t use a computer as an excuse. *no offense*
im not using any thing fancy just chrome canvas
Boy if you dont-
In other words, do not underestimate yourself because of the things you use.
An app should not have control over your skill.

Everything is hard if you make it hard. But the criticism i gave him is for his practice, so it won’t have to be hard anymore.
If we just only give him slack, and keep complementing instead of criticizing, he’s not gonna get anywhere. Blindly assuming his art is good.
well true but to much criticism is very overwhelming i dont want you to stop criticizing im just asking to make it not so overwhelming
