I don’t think we as humans can fathom that we’re actually staring at a ginormous landscape within a 250 x 367 image.

i went for people who work in specific areas. I learned how to make segments look a bit more 3d from underbaselevel, learned simplicity and how to utilize shapes from jackfly, i learned how k-zilla makes figures the way he does, and i learned hyper-realism from scout trooper. Then in the end i just put it all together and remade copoctatius.

I don’t think you should choose random users, but users who you like the style of but also have some really useful stuff to learn.

I looked out for patterns that make their style the way it is, then used it for copoctatius.

Go study figures by multiple people, understand the methods used then improve from it until you break out some stylew
