I have come up with the idea that if I end up leaving or decided I have reached a point where it’d be cruel to not share my knowledge, I’m going to make a hidden group with all of what I’ve learned consisting of hundreds of posts with information you could all use then make it public.

Yeah but I mean I’m not motivated at all. Even if I try to be.
That stuff for me came with time, but it’s different for everybody. Whether it be searching for inspiration or finding it by accident, having a goal, or making yourself do it to find motivation in it the whole underlying thing you have to do first is to not surrender to your laziness. Without that, you’ll never be any more motivated than you are now if you don’t try or at the very least have hope.
