Bugs.
When a region of coding particles becomes undefined and cannot register it’s own existence, it begins the process called an error. As an error occurs, the code begins to further deteriorate. The universe itself in fact is dragged down with the code. The universe practically breaks, and collapses under its own existence. With the light of trillions of suns, a monster is created that weighs entire superclusters. This is so powerful that it corrupts code of the universe to the point that it could destroy black holes. It spews jets of corrupted code, whom will travel faster than the speed of light going off to destroy galaxies. Even individual segments orbit these objects.

Eventually, the code will find itself around it’s own mistakes and will patch the object in an instant.
