Unrelated rant but I had thought my skill in art had almost entirely disappeared, and here all of a sudden I drew this.

I don’t know if the reason why my drawings look strange is because I’m using a trackpad or I had grown some strange habit where I can only draw a certain way.

Top one is something i just drew randomly while I was thinking about more realistic art, and the bottom one I guess was just me trying to draw more simple and something won’t stop bugging me about it.

Anyways, I was thinking of changing the style for the Nodium once again. I’ve come to the conclusion that the figures I have made so far are decent but the fabric is unpleasant to look at and the node count in general just makes them inefficient for animation.

These two figures already are over 723 nodes, and I plan to have scenes with practically the entire community there. I still want it to look kurzegesagt-ish, but it’s not gonna work like this.
