When the last stars go supernova, only little things will remain.

People find that even if it does end, something will eventually come along. And take its place, and it will be rejoiced again. Only dead galaxies will remain. Remnants of gaseous matter that are 99% composed of nothing, and having only 1 or 2 remaining stars. When those remaining stars die, the black hole at the core will eventually suck up all of the gas.. And consume the remainings of the core, and the only thing will remain is a black hole. With pulsars or smaller black holes orbiting. The pulsars will eventually fade to nothing, and the black holes will evaporate with time. And only substance will remain.
