The halo on top of the head represents them finding the location of planet Earth. Just like humans, they had no idea other civilizations existed until one of their own obtained human DNA (Collision) due to an intergalactic mission.
It represents the location of the sun from their point of view in the night sky millions of light years away, with the stars being the surrounding appearance.
The upper halo represents their planet, the sun ended up being their south star.

during an intergalactic mission, a spaceship flew directly inside Earth’s atmosphere unintentionally which made the ship go haywire and collect a bit of human DNA by crashing and killing some of them. In complete shock, they flew the ship back up into space before this situation could escalate any further.
After realizing what just happened, they used the DNA for multiple purposes and in the process, they accidentally put some into a Poacto embryo. Miraculously, it turned into a well-functioning hybrid which was thought to have been impossible.
After testing the capabilities of Coll when he grew older, he had advantages that their species didn’t have and hence they crowned him the new emperor of the civilization.
