    Don’t have much time because nodium, but a fun thing I made

    Smart-stretch solar system.

    This slightly more of a manual process but still based on using smart-stretch.
    ============================
    Green segment (not visible) = control node
    blue node = movement of the planets
    orange node (circles) = planets

    Make two of these on the control node, one sent back and one sent to the front. The sun must be between them. Move it back and forth from the square node (I don’t know what its called) and you will have the illusion of two planets orbiting a star.

    To really create the illusion of them orbiting, you could set the planet nodes thickness to 0 and make them non-static, connect your own planets/effects to them and you can put them infront and back from the star at intervals so that both planets will create a full rotation. So basically when one planet is on the right, move it to the left and push it back/front and it will go to the back or front of the star back to its original position.
    Don’t have time to demonstrate it but its a thing you could do.

    I’ll come back later with videos that fully demonstrate this effect instead of this low-effort thing. Most of the problems that come with this, is that you can’t use tweening with it. When the control node moves to the other side the effect is broken by the figure refusing to move linearly across the square node.

    The use of this is that it could be an effect for a ball with effects rotating around it, or like I said a solar system effect except without the problem of getting a wobbly orbit because of trying to create the effect manually.
