Youāll only ever be able to if itās public domain, but stuff here arenāt, theyāre just up for download same way that 3D models from games are, you might have them in your possession but they arenāt yours.

They only thing I got off the site for my OC Falkor was the hair, and it wasnāt even detailed or anything, once I switch up the hair, Falkorās fully mine.
Thing is, for you to understand this easier;
Your Non OC looks like the fucking Fortnite āSnapā Skin.
It looks akin to what I wouldāve done as a kid with Skylanders Creator, and that says a lot because i didnāt even know what i was doing.
