I assume you mean a stickfigure right?
Well once you submit it, it’s manually approved, but there’s about 50-80 submitted a day and as of now I’m running behind but still posting new ones every day (in order received) so there’s a bit of a wait, sorry.
I don’t mind. Keep up the good work, bro!

Here’s what he means:
He and I are kids without e-mail addresses, and he’s asking for an easier way to publish our videos. My idea was to be able to post our own videos from our own device. Not from YouTube.
I know what he means cause he’s my brother.
