Hey guys! I’m trying to make a huge ancient shield pack and I’m stuck on the Aspis. It’s a very ‘simple’ and rustic shield, not much to it… and the figure I made to show this isn’t very good. I don’t know how to make it look appealing but also undetailed at the same time. Any tips?
You could try and just add small dents, scratches or a bit of a worn out look. If you are going for a newish look. Then adding some ball nodes that are slightly brighter yellow. For example a small ball towards the top right which is slightly brighter or something like that.
If none of that is what you want then honestly speaking, the shield is pretty good in it itself

Thank you, for some reason I honestly did not think of adding more gradients. I will use this.
Use polyfill in some places to make lighting on the shield
