Pretty cool. If you donāt mind I have some tips that could help improve ur animation a bit, itās already looks promising especially made on a short timeframe
1. Decrease flyby bullet thickness, give them more glow/contrast and increase their speed. They should only be in-frame for 1-2 frames to portray them whizzing by quickly
2. Iād suggest using wobble camera and easing up the camera shake a bit in the beginning, since it looks a little bit choppy but helps portray that MGās heavy fire so nice detail
3. When shooting try to recoil the arm back, not just up
4. Increase fps so movie clips donāt look so slow or increase movie clip fps.
Itās a good animation and I can see improvement

Itās nice, Iām glad you like the simple style, itās actually based off of pivot animations you mightāve seen before if you looked around old YouTube. Some things I would recommend are inbetween frames in the animation and increasing the fps so the movie clips donāt look so slow. Other than that it looks good 👍

Yeah sorry for forgetting to mention the props, I used a sprite of sandbags and crates to add more materials on the battlefield and serve as cover.

Thank you for your input fedora. The animation is more urban street firefight centric but I was thinking of incorporating armored elements with anti-tank weaponry, the enemy officer idea as well could work too. Thanks for the suggestions

More progress on WW2 short
I tried to take lemonās advice to heart and ramped up the intensity of the scenes to a more explosive and close-up level. How is the new intense feel? Or is there something missing I could add to improve upon it. Any feedback is appreciated.

First it could be more intense but it really good intense for a regular firefight. Second if you want major intense add maybe a RPG snipers even maybe a god damn bomber plan. But I just say itās really good already. You should also add maybe a enemy officer as well.
