    Itโ€™s not about the fps but how fast and far you move the characters each frame that make it choppy, slow, or smooth in most cases. Even if you are using a FPS like 15 you can make a really smooth animation with good easing and jumps of speed.

    Pretty good animation, I would suggest using guides to keep Sanโ€™s place on the floor consistent because he slides down mid-animation.

    Perhaps another thing you could add is some recoil to his movements, as well as the Gaster blaster. For example whenever he points his arm is jerks backward a bit as he straightens it out, because inertia or something.
