Lemme elaborate here, If there was a 1000 node limit DLC for money, and someone made a 500 node stickfigure when the default range is around 384 and than they submitted than others without the DLC couldn’t download it because its passed the limit, unless there was a VIP submissions place. But than that may cause some conflict between VIP and Non VIP so I wouldn’t go for it.
