To combat lag, allow for low res option just like on the Background Import for Fig Creation Studio.
If people keep complaining, direct them to the nearest gadget store and tell them to buy the tablet that’s new.

if people cant handle it, then they just wont do it, i can validate this as someone who had an extremely laggy device back in the day while using sn
its not because of lag it’s because of memory consumption
they eat up tf out of memory and if you though hitting memory limits in a complex animation was annoying enough as is, just wait

Maybe add it and add the notation that only the more powerful devices will handle it well.
Also, images are only like 10kb in data, why do they suddenly gain as much as an American when they spot an ‘all you can eat’
png/jpg compresses data, when it’s being utilized it has to be decompressed and it takes up megabytes

If people need to change it, utilise V-Cam and use fig Backgrounds for the rest

So, you’d need to ‘unupdate’ it but you’d be giving space for waaay more options in terms of backgrounds

Lemme just say that apps have a limit on how much data they can use. It doesn’t even matter on device capabilities. And with multiple bgs the limit will hit quick and crash the app.
