So while i was on holiday in Wales, i visited a place called Devil’s bridge.
Legend says the bottom bridge was made by Satan so of course the medieval peeps of then were too scared to knock it down (even though the name of it in Welsh is literally Monk’s Bridge) so they built a new one over it. Of course, the 2nd is too old for modern use so then there’s a third one if top for nowadays use.So, now you have a triple layered bridge with just some demonic one at the bottom because why not.
So, was just thinking, would you like this as a fig?

A background would be a healthy diet.

High in nodes, good for the bones
Also good for the nervous system and a truly healthy bonus for the eyes.

It ain’t this one and if it is then the rumour’s false cause ours stayed as far from the edge as he could.
I think that one’s American.

Im not afraid of that at all, give me a high five and I will go into there.

I did go there bro man.
Under it too
And on top of it.
I didn’t really find it spooky, just really neat.
I share the same views as you do here my friend.

jokes aside, that lore is actually pretty interesting
must be cool to be able to see such history, centuries and even longer ago
meanwhile in America best we can do is a Plymouth rock where your people landed like 40 years ago or whatever, basically last week
ps yes, this would be a very neat stickfigure idea
bonus points if you somehow split it into layers so people can go behind the bridge but still in front of any BG elements

Yeah, now i think of it, i should do layered

Oof.
Yeah, i mean, i could literally just nip in to Newark which is not too far away (just some shitty town with a really good Italian place there) and there’s just a castle ruin there as you do.
England is pretty much chock full of historical buildings. I used to go in Newark Castle ruins a lot as a kid. The place is mostly empty now due to how weathered it is. Only the Bailey (courtyard) is intact while the walls are so broken down that you cannot get to the battlements, you can only look through the arrowslits.

We went by Devil’s Staircase, in the same area actually, nearby the town of Tregaron. Devil’s Staircase is this massive set of mountains and hills with a very hazardous road on it. It’s called so simply because of how brutal it is for cyclists, many going there to try and beat it.

Place was stunning to drive through but sickening to say the least
that looks like the kind of drop you see on rollercoasters

Now imagine that on your bike.
Oh, and those trees aren’t showing their full size
That’s only the very top of those trees, there’ll be a sheer drop over there
