Top ones a good concept, but to much like a combat bot and the NBC patch is sloppy. The bottom one also has a good concept and head design. But too much like a standard NBC elite.

You have potential. Maybe try adding some movement on the main arm as well as the whole body to make him look less stiff. And add some force and act of gravity on the are when he puts the mag in and locks it.
