I believe it is if we have stuff like curves.

I recall that being an expected feature in the last update or something, but wasn’t actually there. Don’t know if it will be a feature anytime soon or something that will never come just because it’s not possible. To be fair, we already have the outline of the circle to exist, so I feel it is possible.

3X I suppose will be enough when I already know the movieclip trick. I normally burn right through the node limit by atleast 2000 nodes every frame of an outdoor environment so 3x would be 19200. I can very much work with that.

Touch? Tough. I am washed on mobile typing, but you get the point.

I really hope it isn’t limited too much. I can run with it for stickfigures as that makes sense for obvious reasons, but I can’t for movieclips. I really need them to be more flexible cause having only like 40 frames to work with for certain things in the background of a scene as well as main things like a side character following behind (Lets be honest that nobody wants to animate both in one run.) Like I know movieclips are at some point going to be able to be submitted but that can have a cap for submittion easily. Cause if I could get the limitations out of the way, that would make my life way easier for animations. Even something as a little cheat code being added with only some people knowing how would be enough for me. But it would really disappointing to be the person to toggle the limitation off only to run into more limitations. Like if I need more processing power, I can get all this on PC and toggle limitations off. Besides, filters destroy performance immediately and there’s no limitations on them while nodes don’t do jack to performance. Atleast to me. But please I beg of you. I need the limitations out of the way for PL. Working around them and using chroma key is really complicating stuff and sucks when I go to do stuff in post.

@ralph
Alright. Sure I have made 1000 uc votes and with that comes a 100 dollars for Steam. But I have a deal to propose.1: A quick PC port of SN with 0 limitations and graph system like in Blender.
2: Limitations toggle on mobile to be for at the very least the project node limit and movieclips.
3: The dreaded payment of 100 steam dollars that I will not jokingly spend on garbage steam games like A Guy, but spend it on some solid games that I don’t have.
The quick PC port would be a steal as I would pay for SN on PC with a blender frame system.

2 is actually coming though
kinda
still limited buy maybe doubled or more, if a user checks a box to understand they’re playing with fire
(project/frame nodes, not stickfigure nodes bc that would screw with submissions too much)-

one thing i was gonna add to movieclips recently but pushed it back (still will add it) is a way for easy tweening while only using like, 2 frames
for example, frame 1 have the BG all the way over here —->
then frame 2 have it allll the way over here <——
(like a slowly-scrolling background)and then simply set an amount of tweened frames in between to be like 500 … this allows for simplistic movements to be completed in a very small amount of frames
obviously this isn’t for more complex movements (like you mention, about characters) but will help with other things
anyway,
yeah the frame limit will be upped with this setting, i suppose 3x is probably enough to make ppl happy-
