Somewhat. Much like the Pilquar, they believe they own more than everyone else. Except the NCLO want everything. They\’re military is made up of mercenaries and highly trained men in power armor. They\’re want to pretty much kill all the other nations and claim the land for their own and are responsible for many problems in the other nations. See I don’t hate scarfs if anything I love the animation work
They need to work on their stories and characters
That’s the biggest part. Characters are all the same and their stories are bad.
Now I’ve seen a couple of unique scarfs but I don’t think they need to be shut down but get their methods altered
