Chemical warfare isn’t popular with most of the nations execpt for the NCLO and Pilquar. Thaltop and the NBC refuse to use gas or anything like that in warfare as it’s view inhumane. The NCLO are more into doing whatever to win a so thats pretty well why. First though of the command of Thaltop is that an execution right here would be easy, well. That will be proved wrong when I release the episode.

Somewhat. Much like the Pilquar, they believe they own more than everyone else. Except the NCLO want everything. They’re military is made up of mercenaries and highly trained men in power armor. They’re want to pretty much kill all the other nations and claim the land for their own and are responsible for many problems in the other nations. Not only are the a big threat on the new planet, they are also a big threat on Earth as well.
