Well, it’s going ‘okay’. I haven’t ran into any difficulties aside from a lack of drive to animate. I know exactly what to do but i just don’t feel in the mood ever to animate. I always bring my IPad round for College so i always get an Hour’s worth of animating every 3 days (so 3 hours a week). Usually adding up to around 10 seconds of animation for action (which I’ve gotten to none of yet) and 1 minute for speech heavy sections.
Replying to:UnknownI just struggle to get the want to sit down and animate like
so im not the only one who feels that!
back in the day when I was animating with the default figure (no joke) I felt like sitting down and just animating whatever. now that i’ve moved forward quite a bit and became a “detail user” its hard to just sit down and animate, I have to plan days ahead what im going to animate and it always has to be story driven and coherent
Replying to:UnknownIt’s because it takes way more effort, skill and time. What
exactly, I love the fact that animation takes so much work because by the end people can tell how much love you put into it and how hard it was to make.

I’m a fig maker more than an animator, I Animate by choice and not because my timetable said so.
Why did my Mario Galaxy 2 OST get interrupted by a Connect 4 ad and a Mouse Trap ad.
I’m not f**king 5
Animation inspiration is hard to find

It’s because it takes way more effort, skill and time. What could take a Scarf User a day could take a detail user a month.
Our end result is always better tho

Precisely
Nope. Just being curious as to how your doing on it. And so you’re getting slow progress. Better than none. And understandable.
